2025 Homeschool Family Conference Frequently Asked Questions

2025 Conference

What if I can’t attend the sessions live?

Videos from each session will be available on HomeschoolingTorah’s YouTube channel. Subscribe and be reminded each time a new session starts! Attend LIVE so you can chat with other conference attendees.

When are the sessions?

This year’s conference is August 4-7. You can see the complete schedule of events here.

>> Note that the times listed are EASTERN time. To figure the time in your area, click here.

Do I have to pay for the conference?

No, the conference is free to all, even those who are not members of HomeschoolingTorah.

How can I ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, you can chat and ask questions during each live session. After the session, you can ask questions through the video’s comment form.

 What is a “Goodie Bag”?

The Goodie Bag is the best part of the conference! We have asked friends and sponsors to contribute freebies that will help you in your parenting and homeschooling. We know these gifts will be a huge blessing.

Who are the sponsors?

We want to help you homeschool your children using the Bible as your primary textbook. Check out our Sponsor Page to discover resources we recommend that can help you teach your children with confidence and strengthen your own walk with YHVH.

Do I need to attend all the sessions live? (After all, I am homeschooling and have children, meals, laundry…)

One of the absolute best things about our virtual, online conference is that you don’t actually have to attend live at all!

Yes, it’s nice to be live, because you can chat with all the other attendees and make new friends. (The fellowship with like-minded families is amazing…) You can also meet the speakers and ask your pressing questions.

But no, you don’t necessarily have to attend live. Every session will be posted on YouTube, so you can watch at your own convenience.

Note: You’ll want to make an effort to join us for our YouTube Welcome Party at 9 pm (Eastern) on Sunday, August 3!

May I share this with my friends?

Yes, you’re invited to share your enthusiasm with your friends, so they can join in! I attended my very first homeschooling conference with a dear friend, and I’m so thankful for the memories we share. Be sure to tell your friends, too! Let them know they can register here to get exclusive coupons, giveaways, and announcements.

I have another question that you didn’t answer. Who do I ask?

You can contact us here. Your email goes directly to our HomeschoolingTorah staff.

What is our “Hear, Learn, Keep, Do” Method?

When YHWH wants to teach mankind something, He follows a very specific method that I can copy in my homeschooling. First, YHWH clearly presents information. In this case, He used the things He had created, which can be seen by every person no matter where he lives, to make Himself plain to all people. The sun, moon, and stars are visible to all. The amazing capabilities of the human body are visible to all. The metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly… the water cycle… the fossil record — these are visible to all.

Why I Care So Deeply About Learning Hebrew

If you were sitting at my table right now, I’d tell you to pull up a chair, grab a cool drink, maybe a pen and something to write on—and most of all, grab your Bible. Because this conversation about Hebrew isn’t really just about Hebrew. It’s about language. It’s about...
